Our Facilities Management Approach includes 24×7 call-out support, planned preventive maintenance, reactive and corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, and asset management. We provide a variety of Hard FM Services, such as HVAC, plumbing installations, boilers, laundry and kitchen equipment, water and wastewater treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and civil infrastructure. Additionally, our Soft FM Services encompass help desk support, cleaning and housekeeping, landscaping services, sewage disposal, concierge services, catering, furniture movement, and security.
Specialized services are available for refurbishment projects, including annual turnaround works for industries and power plants, replacement/refurbishment of HVAC equipment, piping and ductwork, energy-saving solutions, replacement of electrical switchgear, transformers, diesel generators, and duct cleaning and remediation.
